Our Story
From the Plant Floor to the Cloud
NexGen Digital Transformations was founded by engineers and consultants who had spent years inside the industries we now serve — on the plant floor, in the insurance back office, on the retail operations team. We saw firsthand how transformative the right technology could be, and how often it was delivered poorly: over budget, under-specified, and disconnected from the actual business process.
We built NexGen to do it differently. Every engagement starts with deep business process understanding — not a technology pitch. We embed SMEs who speak your industry's language, and we build solutions that fit your workflows rather than forcing your workflows to fit a product.
